 Nukote International Inc., a remanufacturer based in Plano, Texas, filed Wednesday for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection along with four subsidiaries in Nashville, Tenn.
Nukote, which has worldwide operations, listed in a court filing that it had $79 million in liabilities and $86 million in assets. The filing also listed the company as employing about 1,100 worldwide. Nukote filed for bankruptcy in 1998.
